Smiles Points
Pets R Us reserves the right to alter or change any settings or points in its system as it wishes, and to change any offer at any time. Point values and rules may change, but points already in a member's wallet are never removed. If the Smiles Points scheme is ever discontinued, members will still be able to redeem their outstanding points.
Nobody can hold more than 1,000 Smiles Points at any time, in any circumstance. If you reach 1,000 points, your points stay safely in your wallet and you can keep shopping as normal, but you won't earn any more points until you claim a reward. Because this policy clearly explains the 1,000 point cap, points that are not earned while you are at the cap cannot be claimed or added later, and no compensation or exception applies.
